Integrations and cloud migration without rewriting what already works

Systems integration connects the tools a business already runs — CRMs, ERPs, e-commerce platforms and legacy databases — so data moves between them without manual re-entry. Cloud migration moves applications off ageing servers onto managed cloud infrastructure. Sysvoy builds Salesforce and HubSpot integrations, connects legacy systems to modern applications, and migrated a Canadian registry's platform to the cloud, which we continue to extend.

Where integrations & cloud migration projects stall

And what we do differently.

  • Big-bang cutovers

Moving everything in one weekend is how migrations fail. We move and verify in stages, with a rollback plan at each step.

  • No single owner for the data

When two systems both think they own a record, sync loops and overwrites follow. We agree the system of record first.

  • Silent sync failures

Integrations that fail quietly corrupt data for weeks. Every sync we build is logged and alerts on failure.

What we build

  • CRM integrations

Two-way sync between Salesforce or HubSpot and your product, website, e-commerce store or back office.

  • E-commerce and search

Catalogue sync, fast product search and AI shopping assistants for B2B and B2C stores.

  • Legacy connectors

Bridges from older systems to modern apps through APIs, database connectors or scheduled file exchange.

  • Cloud migration

Moving applications to the cloud and improving them on the way — managed databases, backups, monitoring.

  • Data pipelines and reporting

Pipelines that bring data from many tools into one place, like the enterprise analytics solution we implemented end to end.

How we deliver

From the first workshop to production. How we work

  1. Map the data first

Which system owns which record, how often it changes and what happens on conflict — agreed before any code.

  2. Migrate in stages

Move and verify one piece at a time, with a rollback plan, instead of a single risky cutover.

  3. Monitor every sync

Logging and alerts on every integration, so a failed sync is caught in minutes, not discovered weeks later.

  4. Keep improving

After migration we stay on to add features, as we do for our registry client.

A good fit when

  • Your team re-types the same data into two or three systems.
  • An important application runs on servers nobody wants to touch.
  • You need a CRM, store and product that finally agree with each other.

Common questions

Not answered here? Email contact@sysvoy.com.

Will a cloud migration cause downtime?

We plan migrations in stages with verification and a rollback path, and schedule any unavoidable cutover for your quietest hours. How much downtime is needed depends on the system, and we'll tell you in the plan.

Which cloud platforms do you work with?

AWS, Google Cloud and managed platforms such as Supabase. We recommend the one that fits your workload, team skills and budget.

Can you connect a system that has no API?

Often, yes — through database connectors, file exchanges or scheduled exports. We assess what's possible during discovery.

Do you support integrations after they go live?

Yes. We monitor syncs, fix issues and adapt integrations when the connected tools change their APIs.
